Re-potting just before flower??
Yes, it is what I do. For the first 40% of flower (roughly), your baby will elongate or stretch; this requires nitrogen. If you repot with more ocean's forest, it should feed just long enough to get you through that stretch period. Most of the nitrogen should be gone by mid flowering.
