Im here for some advice and reassurance

Im a casual smoker i guess you can say a few tokes a day, occasionly a few blunts on the weekend Last time i did that was about 2 months ago. I havent smoked in a couple days realizing that the job i applied for does Hair tests. I have heard so much stuff about differnt shampoos and treatments to pass these tests and im just here to get some real opinions. Im really worried about this test and if i do have to take it it will be in about 30-45 days my hair is a inch long and i cut it regularly i know they cut the hair 1/8th of a inch from the base and idk if i could pass on my own hopefully i can get some helpful advice =] Im sorry to throw all this at you at once i just need some help haha.

also i want to know the harsh reality of the situation if i fail the Hair follicle test is the company liable to bring the police in for further investigation or does it end there, i dont get the job and i go on my merry way
