Caregivers w/ less than 5 patients. WHAT DOES 1284 MEAN?
Was hanging with one of my patients yesterday. We were discussing this very thing, while sharing a bowl. We laughed & joked because we thought maybe a loophole would be - instead of handing the bowl to the next person, you set it on the table and announce,"This is no longer mine, if you want it please feel free to take possession of it...." We did this back & forth a couple of times, giggling our asses off (feeling good now...). Made it into a smoking game. If you forgot to announce it, you had to take another hit!

How will HB10-1284 affect small (<5 patients) caregivers in general? I'm talking about independent caregivers who are not associated with any dispensary. I know they won't be able to sell their extra meds legally to anyone other than patients. What I'm also interested in is primarily privacy related: -Will small caregivers have to register somewhere giving additional information beyond regular patients? Possibly but not Rating: 5
