</edit>copobo Reviewed by copobo on . Caregivers w/ less than 5 patients. WHAT DOES 1284 MEAN? Hello, I haven't been able to get a clear answer to this. How will HB10-1284 affect small (<5 patients) caregivers in general? I'm talking about independent caregivers who are not associated with any dispensary. I know they won't be able to sell their extra meds legally to anyone other than patients. What I'm also interested in is primarily privacy related: -Will small caregivers have to register somewhere giving additional information beyond regular patients? Possibly but not Rating: 5Colorado patient grower. :rambohead:

LOL 5 patients is 5 patients. You have to be registered with those 5 patients. What do you mean "any given time"? Why would you not just grow for those 5 patients and cut out the dispensary?
