labcorp testing pre employment test

Just tried to contact my 'future' employer to ask if they have received everything needed in order for me to start... found out they have not received my drug test results... Took the test this last Monday, so its been 4 days or so. Also, I think there is an MRO involved. Was supposed to take the test last Thursday, but failed a take home test. I made up an excuse to buy me a few more days, and got permission to take it Monday. I took another take home test before the test that morning and passed with a pretty solid line. How reliable are these take home tests? Is it normal for a negative drug test to take this long? Testing company was LabCorp.

Even if it was positive they would have gotten the results by now. Employer maybe doing more reference checks and just seemed easier to tell you the drug test hasn't got back yet. Hard to tell.

Ok. But, since I was able to pass the take home test with a solid line just about an hour or two before the actual test, failing should not be a possibility, right? The piss I used for the take home test was my second void of the day, which I know isnt recommended, but still, it was virtually the same piss that went into the Labcorp test cup...

Sounds like your chances of passing are very high so I wouldn't worry about it. HR is probably just dragging there feet like they usually do. Call HR up in a couple days and ask them when your start date is. Never ask about a drug test.
