What's the best insecticide to use on my girls?

I have a few blue dream plants going outside and I realized today that there was bug bites going through some of the bottom leaves. Does anybody know what the best and safest insectide is to use on my plants?

Soapy water will help, but make sure you put it on at night, cuz last year i burned mine up bad. Its a old time thing people use in gardens. Neim oil is something you can buy, but iv never used it. Bugs are something ya gotta put up with growing outside, at least ya dont have a deer running through your area, like i do:wtf:. The soap works, but after each rain its gone, so you would need to re apply.
