Looks WAY overdue to change to 12/12. Do that now. The 75% humidity during the night cycle is too high, you'll want to dehumidify or exhaust to remedy this.

I can't really see any reason why the plants leaves are growing like that though, other than possibly no exhaust/fresh air at night. Switching to 12/12 may help, it changes the plants growth patterns... you should see a surge of growth followed by a slowdown, then bud set...
