Hi, i think i am having a deficiency with my two plants, During veg growth some of the lower leaves show yellow spots, some browns spots and only one or two showing some white spots(could possibly be a very pale yellow but it does look white). There are a couple of top leaves showing some small yellow spots but only a couple. Some leaves(top and bottom leaves) also seem to twist and "canoe" at times, and more recently in the last week around new growth at the budsites. The majority of the plants looks really healthy but it has very slowly gotten worse over the period of vegging. These plants have been vegging a bit long(2 months) and are over due to change the light cycle, but i'm just a little worried about these problems before i turn it.

    Any ideas?

    Pictures attached

    Thanks.

Looks WAY overdue to change to 12/12. Do that now. The 75% humidity during the night cycle is too high, you'll want to dehumidify or exhaust to remedy this.

I can't really see any reason why the plants leaves are growing like that though, other than possibly no exhaust/fresh air at night. Switching to 12/12 may help, it changes the plants growth patterns... you should see a surge of growth followed by a slowdown, then bud set...

I live in the desert and came across this stuff called Silica Blast. Silica is supposed to help plants better tolerate heat, so I figured I'd give it a try. The stuff was an amazing 10.5 ph, so I had issues with it from the word go. My water is already 8.0 ph. Twas a bitch to use and it stunted leaves. Perhaps it's in this stunting that the stuff works. Don't know, don't care any more, lol. Still have all but 3 doses of stuff around here somewhere...

And did someone recommend all those additives, or are you following a recommended schedule? Geepers. Seems cannabis would be cheaper in a dispensary. Like I said, I'm not a hydro guy, but it seems like a bit of overkill.

    Besides your nutrients...
Cobra - Beneficial bacteria, B1, vit-C, kelp, humates
Gro-tek pro silicate - yup, silicate formula for heat tollerance.
Canna rhizotonic - more Beneficial bacteria.
Cannazym - Enzymes, more vitamins, desert (aloe?) extracts
    Cyco B1 boost - (wow that's expensive...)
"Cyco B1 Boost helps to stimulate the growth of roots in new plants and can assist at any time in a plants life cycle, with root regeneration where the root system has been damaged or stressed through high salinity, pathogens, nutrient deficiencies and toxicities.
Note that this only occurs when the foliage of the plant is unable to produce sufficient supplies.
B1 is seen as an ??insurance policy? as it is difficult to determine if a plant which has come under stress is capable of producing sufficient B1."

Dorej113 - yeah i had vegged way longer than planned and going 12/12 tomorrow.
i'll try my best to get the humidity down at night, can't afford a dehumidfier so i'll see about running some better exhaust.

Rusty - Yeah the Cobra, Rhizotonic and cannazym are in a schedule i was given and the pro sillicate and B1 came recommended. I know it's a lot to have especially on the first grow but it had been all recommended so i decided to have a crack.

Circulation and exhaust. Almost always a good idea.

Personally, I'd double-check (search) the Growlog or Hydro forum, and see what other's with success are using and doing with their Canna line of products. I'm not familiar enough with hydro to offer an experienced opinion, but a couple of your products do pretty much the same thing. (with perhaps slightly different ingredients) Did you read the link I posted about B1 and vitamin myths? It's from the head of horticulture at Washington State University. I'm guessing her doctorate credentials qualify her for proper respect, and her articles have never let me down.

A couple of good things about keeping it simple:
...It's easier to narrow-down a diagnosis when something goes awry. If you are using 10 different additives, after a while, you'll be looking for more products to counter the issues caused by the use of the original additives. An expensive and unnecessary cycle-of-doom.

...It's much easier to dial-in your schedules and techniques.

...For a newbie, there's no such thing as growing the most potent cannabis in the world. Tiz folly to chase that dream until you learn to grow. However, as your experience level rises, the quality of your meds increase exponentially.

...You can grow top shelf cannabis without taking out a second mortgage.

But to me...most importantly...Simplicity eases stress.
