18 day old seedling drooping, picture incl
Hi people, New to this site, great info..
Im willing to take on board any of your suggestions regarding my plant..
I dont have a camera so i robbed someone elses photo that looked pretty similar, the seedling is pretty much the same size, im just relying on the sun which in ireland is pretty shit, alot of people actually get freaked out here when they see the sun as its so unusuall..lol
sorry my termanology isnt great, i have nemyver grown a plant in my life never mind cannabis, but i am eager to learn, i know alot of info is on the net but there can be alot conflicting suggestions which can be mind boggling,
Anyway im using peat pots, multipurpose compost with added john innes, perlite and bottled water, i have not used any nutes yet
the leaf i have a little arrow on in the picture is totally drooped on my plant, the other two leafs look healthy but the leaf i pointed out is totally drooped on both sides, my plant looks healthy, colour wise, even more healthier than the picture below, sorry again i cant supply my real photo but this is very similar, btw the strain is lowryder 2 feminized..
As i said im willing to take on board suggestions, im gonna get hold of a camera and keep you updated..
regards

Hey mate, they are just the the embryonic leaves (cotyledons). It is perfectly normal for these to wilt or fall off, their purpose is to give the plant enough energy to grow real leaves and then they are of no use, so dont be worrying. Glad to see your growing your own instead of buying that dirt weed were overrun with here in Ireland. Mine are 11 days old from seed and have their second set of true leaves, they will shoot up real fast in the next week. Get yourself one of them 220w cfls (â?¬50 in get up and grow Dublin) and you will be amazed at the speed of growth, cant rely on the poxy Irish weather to grow em... global warming my arse!
