Un-incporerated Boulder County has new zoning rules
I get a call from a reporter from the Daily Camera Today asking my opinion about the new zoning rules in Boulder County. They have zoned away the mountains, some will get grandfathered in. They are being very effective in making sure we are all closed out of the game. :wtf:

Hello Land Use Code Listserv Subscribers,
Proposed Land Use Code regulations will be introduced to the Planning Commission on Wednesday, May 19, 2010, regarding Medical Marijuana. These regulations propose a new use classification called Medical Marijuana Centers under the category Retail and Personal Service Uses (Article 4-512 of the Land Use Code). The staff recommendation (which includes the proposed code language) has been attached to this email. The staff recommendation including all of the backup materials will be posted to the Land Use Code website tomorrow (5/12/10): Boulder County Land Use Department: Land Use Code Medical Marijuana Dispensary - Homepage
The Planning Commission meeting will be in the Hearing Room on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Building in downtown Boulder (1325 Pearl Street). The meeting will begin at 1:30 pm and this will be the third item on the agenda. Public testimony will be taken. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes at the most. You are welcome to submit written comments regarding these proposed regulations. Please email your comments to [email protected]. Comments received by noon on May 19 will be hand-delivered to the Planning Commission.
Please email [email protected] if you have any questions or comments regarding this docket. We hope to see you next Wednesday.
Dale

The LUC doesn't like crowds. They don't run meetings well. Be there, demand to be heard, and overwhelm them.Colorado patient grower. :rambohead:
