I just don't know personally of any nutrient issues that cause whorled leaves. Normally that is related to photoperiod. They do look like they may be a bit hungry, but nothing in particular appears deficient. Could use a shot of all purpose I would bet.

I was inspired by Rusty's amazing work, and also iv grown Bonsai for 16 years now. So, this just made sense to me. Why not take advantage of something that is already in front of you. So, they are over 2 months in veg now and looking well so far. One better then the Rating: 5
