I have been pretty active in researching things for my conditions and have been passing information back and forth to my Pain Management Doctor.

One such thing is "GRANNY'S LIST".

I have been assisting in ensuring that the links are correct, providing things I have found on the net, and general editing issues. This is NOT an easy task and takes a long time to get it correct. But it is ALL worth it.

I would seriously think that Dr. Vigil has not seen this and am not sure how he feels about it. I know that my Pain Management Doctor thanked me for providing this to him and I will see him on Friday to chat about this!

JM.....I informed Granny of the list and if the links are not already there I am positive she will include them in the "Equinox" list (latest version).....
