mechanism for caregivers to limit their patients
okay, so technically... anyone could name me their caregiver and I would never be notified.
For caregivers who are going to stay at or under the 5 patient limit... is there a way for them to be sure they are compliant? What if you had to let a few patients go, and they didn't re-up with another caregiver? Will the auditors with guns be showing up?copobo Reviewed by copobo on . mechanism for caregivers to limit their patients okay, so technically... anyone could name me their caregiver and I would never be notified. So many questions, so little available information.

You wouldnt be growing for them anyway because your plant count would be limited to 5 patients.

If you live in where there is a ban in effect, and you get this exception to 16 patients, what are you subject to as far fees, new rules, etc?
I'm so confused and sad. Wouldn't they satisfy most folks by limiting to 16 rather than 5? It would also keep you away from the 'leveling up' on the federal level. We are only talking about 60 freaking plants, is the devil weed really still that scary?? A lot put that 100 plant count on themselves anyway.
