Yes I would do a mild dilution substituting gatorade for water and void a couple times before the test. No the lab test is not more sensitive than your home test. Good luck and be sure to post your results.

I smoked half a joint. On May 7th, When I found out I'd have to take a drug test for work on May 12th, I panicked. I weight about 220lbs, and on May 7th, I began my detox. I've been drinking hundreds of ounces of water a day (not to the point of water intoxication) and taking 700mg of Niacin a day. I also drank a lot of green tea and cranberry juice.
