It did. I know of one dispensary owner who behaved so stupidly and arrogantly at a meeting with County officials last fall that they couldn't pass a moratorium fast enough.

Actions have consequences. If we behave in ways that reinforce negative stereotypes, the results are predictable.But that IS the intent really. They want less dispensaries... so they are getting there way... they are just taking a big shit on a bunch of entrepreneurs as they do it. Bankrupting many and robbing them of their lifesavings.
