Amendment 20 which was voter approved constitutional amendment will hold more water than these official approved statues.
I really do hope the judges do not have a blatant disrepsect for our constitutional rights as these pathetic politicians have shown countless times. Thank god that the people of this state voted in Amendment 20, I can't wait for these same people to vote out EVERY politician that has supported hb1284. Patients, caregivers and dispensaries are keeping track of the politicians that are screwing us. Come elections there will be plenty of mmj articles pointing out who NOT to vote for. I personally can not wait to get my vote counted. Once this passes and the people fully realize how bad the politicans have screwed us, it will only be a matter of time before we have sensible politicans making sensible mmj laws.

I think the numbers are growing so fast that we will be a big enough force to vote them out of office and get people in there that are actually compassionate about mmj. I've called almost all of the senators and left messages saying I'm going to vote them out of office and I'll tell everyone I know to do the same if they don't change their vote on hb1284
