If I were you, I would not repot during flowering. When you are vegging you can be a little more aggressive with your plants. But when flowering, you do not want to stress them out. Are you sure you need to repot? Do you have pics?

Through numerous accounts of trials and tribulations i have found myself having to flower alot later then i wanted to and im finding that im already seeing some root bound issues.
