Yeah, thanks again. Been reading on the dillution thread alot. Not so much the SUB thread because, again, I can't find nor order synth in my state. Still gonna try to cross state lines on my day off tomorrow and find some possibly.

UPDATE: Interview went well (as expected), I was given the heads up that she will wait a few days to put the offer to her boss. They will send me an offer sheet next week (friday possibly), once I accept the offer, I will have 48 hours to take & pass a test. I was told another 10 days possibly. Hell, more time will only help. Hoping this all works out, because it seems like a dream job!!! Again, will keep everyone, (well for now Deige) updated. Thanks for all your info Diege.
