To be honest, I only tried it out a few times before I sold it and never really climbed over the learning curve, so I don't really think that I can give you a valid opinion, other than this. For me, efficiency is really important, and is the reason why my PD is my daily workhorse. The bowl on the VapoStar, by comparison, is huge, and would really require a lot more bud to at least just cover the screen to get a few decent hits, so for me, due to it's lack of comparable efficiency, it just didn't work out. If however, efficiency wasn't at the top of my priority list, than I would have given myself more time with it to learn how to use it properly. All vapes have a learning curve, and the VaporStar isn't an exception here. Lots of people like it though.

I ended up getting an Easy Vape. One of my friends had one of them, and I used it frequently. I borrowed it from him a few times, so am very familiar with the functionality of it. I will post a review as soon as I get some bud.

For the price, it's very nice. It is very easy to use, works VERY well, conserves a lot of bud(Half a G of dank solo will get you fucked). Great purchase. I recommend it to any stoner on a budget.

Did you order it locally or online? I've been meaning to try one for the longest, but a Volcano, (which I was under the impression was one of the best), is too much money to experiment on, and I thought all the other cheap ones didn't really work.

I got it online, but, uhhhh can't remember where. It's good for solo vaping. The whip is kinda short, so it can make it tricky to pass it between multiple people unless you are all sitting close. However, it really is great for the price.

Your info is very much out of date. There are a considerable number of good quality, low priced vapes (under $200) available, and there have been for some years now. The Easy Vape is decent, although the true warranty status is iffy when you buy one under $100 on eBay. In general though, digital displays are best avoided under about $300, as far as accuracy and reliability.

The accuracy thing doesn't bother me that much. I know that when I set it to 346 it's not ACTUALLY 346, but it's still a slight indicator. Kind of like non-digital vapes, you don't know the exact temp, but it's kind of guess work.

My thing with any piece of any sort, so long as it gets me high I'm good to go
