My letter to those who may be swayed to vote NO:

VOTE "NO" on HB 1284!!

It is unconstitutional at best, will create more problems that it solves and is an atrocity to patients and business owners. Citizens do not want to have our taxes pay for the litigation this bill will immediately cause and we are taking notes on who votes for it. This will be remembered on election day and formal alliances have been made to begin a grassroots campaign to vote out those who vote yes on HB 1284.

HB 1284 is a monstrosity that patients, law enforcement and business owners campaigned against in the public hearings. Why vote yes for a bill that helps no one??
