I went on the weekend to a seed bank and got 20 NL X DT seeds. I am planning on starting them indoor under 8 4' fluorescents in organic potting soil. Then later when i feel they are ready i will transplant them outdoors.

I am wondering if the 8 4' fluorescent 32 watt daylight tubes will be enough to veg them. If someone could clear me up on this that would be great.

Also any tips on germination and what to plant them in once the seeds have cracked would be appreciated.
