Best day in a long time

Today was by far the best mothers day. Hubby let me sleep till ten ( i havent done that in 4 years) he got the kids up dresed fed and out the door playing outside, dishes done, kitchen clean, and breakfast cooked. Then he takes the out for a little bit comes back with some beautiful roses. We go hang out at the park and then come home and set up the kids pool and they have a cold blast but a good 30 minutes. For dinner was a 2lb like 2 inch thick porter house steak and baked potatos.... mmmm omg good i dont know i have live 27 years without ever trying a porter house..mmmmmmmm...To make the day better pain was minimal and muscle spasms were minimal. All in all the best day i have had in about 3 years. :jointsmile:

That is SOOOO awesome! I was really down yesterday as my pain levels were through the roof and I was visiting the porcelain god on a frequent basis. My meds are crappy (in the sense that they really make me nauseous) and I couldn't get any relief. I was chatting with my wife about this and I told her that I simply cannot remember a day when I wasn't in pain....it has been so long I forget....

She said something wonderful.....a simple I Love You and Things Will Get Better.....

That meant the world to me! Today was a much better day and I took her and the puppies out for a good long time and then she wanted to catch up on LOST so we watched the first episodes of this season (DVR is great!).

I am really happy that you had a great day! Hopefully when your SH system gets in you will be on your way to being able to provide for yourself!!!!!
