My new invention
I had to veg the Big Mama moms until I could take cuttings. It must have taken six weeks for me to get enough.
I then put the mama plants under 12 hrs.
Now they are 9 feet high. I hate em. Anyway, I invented this process called tying the damn things down. :-)
I have strings attached to the pots and the giants are now bent over and lights are shining brightly on most of the plant. (They are still too tall for me)
I was pleased with myself until I got on here and read about LST. I am still pleased with myself even if I didn't invent anything. I'm now taking them out of veg at two weeks. I don't need something that try's to push the lights into the ceiling. I hope they are worth it. Time will tell.
Great forum.

My new invention
...love yer invention! I like to call mine "plant bondage" or "LST for kiddies"...
Yeah, there's almost nothing new under the sun (or the MH or HPS or (c)FL)! At least here, tho, we have the benefit of learning from the many Yodae that have gone before us
Keep up the LST--there is no downside that I can tell, other than having much more productive plants, and getting way more lumens-on-buds. Like these are downsides. And don't be afraid to start the little ones on it as soon as you have like four to six pairs of leaves on 'em. Just be gentle :kisslove:
If you wanna re-veg your ladies once you've harvested, Rusty Trichome has a great thread on bonsai-mums somewhere 'round these here boards...

Plant bondage. It is true. lol
I need a ladder to get to the top. It is like walking into a forest when I open the door. I can hide behind them.
I could only bend them so much at the height they were. I discovered that the hard way when I bent one top too far. I had no experience with this type of plant. It is shocking to see the first time.
The bushmaster showed up yesterday. It will be on the new plants this morning.
I hope it smokes well. Ill find out in a few weeks.
Hahaha, bondage... too funnyYou only go around once, but if you do it right, once is enough.
