You'd be fine as long as you don't have any snitches wandering your home during the day while you are not there, lol. just be sure not to place any obvious things laying in the most obvious spots incase of guests, etc.
oh, and don't grow your shit in the front window. be sure to buy a specially designed lamp to support your plant indoors.

I really enjoy smoking occasionally, but I have a fear.. getting caught. I have only smoked 3-4 times in my life, so im very unexperienced, I have only smoked with my friends. However, Im considering growing enough plants JUST FOR MYSELF, inside my house, and NOT SHARING/TELLING anybody. Instead of drinking acohol, I enjoy Cannibas, its good for stress. What I Rating: 5
