Help need to get the right temp

I may have to piss test this coming week, I havent smoked in over a week but I was smoking a few times daily. I have a syntehtic urine with clean piss but it seems like I cant get the temperature exactly right using the heating pads! Its always getting too hot!! What heating pads can I use to ensure it doesnt get over body temperature?? Help!!!

I hope someone answer that knows .....My test is Monday and I am Subbing with BC entines .......someone said it will be up to temp in one hour with heating pads....
I am practicing tomorrow.......

Practice helped me a ton.

I got 5 oz of synth to 98 in one hour with hand warmer heat pad you can get at a ski store or hard ware store.

My synth bladder bag was attached to a rubber waist band. I put the bladder up against my skin, with 1 hand warmer between the bladder and the waist band. I kept checking temp every 15 min so I would know how fast it was increasing to judge my time to donor site.

I passed my synth off at 98 within 1 hour of putting the kit together on my body.

I am still waiting on results of the test, but it passed the temp and color test.

The kit i used is "clean stream" as I couldn't find qf 5.7 locally. I am still waiting for anyone to reply if they have ever used the same synth. Still keeping my fingers crossed, but the temp was the easiest part.

With a 2 ounce bottle just nuke for 10 seconds and store in your crotch. If you store it in your crotch with heat pads it will get way too hot. If you get in the toilet and pout it into the collection cup and its too hot just blow on it for a few seconds till its down around 98 degrees.

do most places (employment) check the temp anyway?? my buddy on probation uses the whizinator and he never bothered with the heat pads and said he never had a problem? I am going for a job I dont know if they test but playing it safe, I have been clean 10 days but still testing positive on home tests..
