my old neighborhood, there's a place up the street that hasn't had any problems. they're listed, maby a northglen district. this case may influence the pending laws... there are many loop holes, for instance the guy in highlands ranch, he ended up getting a code violation for growing in an un-agrculturual zone. remember there are many city, county and district laws that govern our 20th admendment. it's written in the law that there will be some sort of regulatory laws...
so no matter who you are, if you are a caregiver or caretaker, know where and what you are zoned for, what the local laws are and get a bad*ss attorney.
i believe everything's gonna change in the next year, do what you can so you maybe adaptable to the new laws. whatever they may be...
