first thing that pops out to me here is the guy showing up as this was going down.from what it looks like is this guy was a caregiver.he was going there to sell his extras from what it sounds like cause he only had alil over 5oz's.so all in all if he had the patients to legally be able to carry that much i don't see how his charge could hold?even if a town bans a shop does'nt mean this guy is'nt allowed to have what he had.sounds like he pulled up as all this was going down and they started f'ing with him too. thats bs i say get ready for the war they are about to wage on us all......just my 2 cents

I wonder if he got notice from the city of Thornton that he was operating against city code, if so and he stayed open then he should have expected this, I am totally against leo getting involved but that is what you can expect if you publicly go against their rules. The caregiver, wow all I can say is "wrong place, wrong time," I feel your pain

Thornton never had a dispensary to begin with. This guy owned a glass shop and started selling weed out of it. The papers are calling it a dispensary-but he sold to whoever wanted it-he didn't care if they were registered or not.

my old neighborhood, there's a place up the street that hasn't had any problems. they're listed, maby a northglen district. this case may influence the pending laws... there are many loop holes, for instance the guy in highlands ranch, he ended up getting a code violation for growing in an un-agrculturual zone. remember there are many city, county and district laws that govern our 20th admendment. it's written in the law that there will be some sort of regulatory laws...
so no matter who you are, if you are a caregiver or caretaker, know where and what you are zoned for, what the local laws are and get a bad*ss attorney.
i believe everything's gonna change in the next year, do what you can so you maybe adaptable to the new laws. whatever they may be...
