We needed 18 votes. We got half. We weren't even close, not even in the ball park.

Senate Bill hb1284 Just Passed So i just read through the 77 heart wrenching pages this morning and it's still quite confusing. i don't see ANYTHING in there about application or license fees. but what's this about a $5,000 surety bond??!?! I mean. WTF so does anyone have a legit breakdown of this entire thing? or do I have to go spend more money on a lawyer to tell it to me that I am basically screwed. There's also three dates in the bill, july 1st 2010, sept 1st 2010 and july 1st 2011. how do you certify that Rating: 5
