this is how i plant seeds and the fertilizer ive been using.....
1. first i poke holes in the containers or use egg crate if i run outta cups..
2. fill with dirt
3. poke up to my first knuckle
4. plant em

i dont poke holes in egg crate.. it absorbs water like dirt.. when i plant i just pop em out and put em in the ground.. i use reg hose water also on my lil ones..
If its working for ya, dont stop, but iv found that perlite is my best friend. Its cheap and works great. I got 5 gallons for 5 bucks at a nursery. But, it it works, dont change it. Dont let anyone change your methods that work for you, because someone will try.

They need no ferts till after 30 days.
