90 some odd days since I sent it off, it has come back to me because the date the notary put down (WRONG DAY, she's ALWAYS high when I go in to the place where I got my card ) and so guess what was in the mail.

I have to look at it, but I am livid. I spoke THREE times to the people on the phone at the CDPH, and they said that they had to get it back to me within 35 days. WTF????

Am I illegal? Have I been? I AM NOT going to screw around, ESPECIALLY if I'm going to try and shape things that TPTB will not want.
