Also I am taking a Labcorp drug test tmw which I am assuming is going to be a urine test. I am planning on doing the dilution method. I am going to take 4 81mg asprin tablets 4 hours before the test. Then proceed to drink the 2 8oz gatorades 4 hours before the test and continuing to drink them every 15 minutes for an hour. Once I start pissing the clear urine im going to take 2 crushed up daily multi vitamins/minerals. And take last take home test that i bought. Do you guys think it will work? And do you fellow vets have any tips or questions about my plan? Thanks!
If your passing your home tests with the first void of the day then you should be fine. As for dilution, the aspirin no longer applies to today's testing methods. It was used some time ago to deter one type of test that is no longer around. Again is say "If" you are passing with the first void of the day.. then I would cut your fluid intake in half and substitute gatorade for water. No point in getting a negative dilute when your clean. If your not passing with the first void then following the full dilution regimine is definatly necessary. I hope you also began to load creatine, this process must be done 3-4 days before the test.
