Also using all cfl could slow em down alittle. Not sure if that theory is true but have read it on here. never used all cfl myself

I use CFL's and they definitely slow things down. I have a friend that grows cuttings from the same source as me using MH/SI lighting, his plants finish 2-3 weeks before mine.
