1 cup of tiger bloom per 1 gallon of water???????? Sounds like you overfertalized to me. I use of that stuff 2-3 tsps per gallon when my plants are in HEAVY flower.

The slight yellowing is probably caused by a slight overfertalization. DO NOT FERTALIZE AGAIN TO TRY AND CORRECT A DEFIENCY. Flush them with plain water(and/or with a flushing solution if you have one) for a week and see if they get a little better.

It would probably be smart to get a tester and find out your PH. That could also be a possible cause. A low ph causes certain nutrients to not get absorbed efficiently, thus causing a defiency while there are still nitrogen and other nutrients present in your medium. keep it at 6.5-7 and you should be safe.
