NO! I'm not saying that. I'm saying I'm worried about the amount of people who will get into it whether or not they "should." The allure of money is pretty strong in this economy.

Accidents happen. People who arn't trained in setting up a proper MMJ grow WILL cause fires and loss of life. It's going to happen.

Give this to the people who know what they're doing and have the money to do it properly. Let them set up industrial grows where everything around the grow can be tightly controlled like fire suppression, security, ect. Attic grows will ONLY lead to a drastic increase in structure fires throughout Colorado just like in Mendocino County California. Then, they'd come back and say "see? We told you we needed to more tightly regulate this...look at all the fires!"

The fact that 100k people will need a caregiver will lead to a 20k person caregiver force growing meds in, on, and around their home...it will lead to fires.

That is my only point.
exactly pretty much what i just said you believe only the big boys should be able to grow.so anyone that does'nt have big money to own a shop it's danger to them as far as fires.i have been growing for awhile in small areas never once 1 fire scare. the point of keeping it all to the shops man i have to say i have been to many shops and alot don't even know what the fuck they are doing let alone run a grow.so that dog don't hunt sorry. do you really know how many people grow in their homes that are'nt legal? come on you have to be smarter than that. besides the fact that the state allows mmj patients to grow their own already.

yes i know leo will try to use anything to say see we need this or that.thats all a crock to take our rights away.we should'nt bow down just because of that.they will use anything,we could even go your route and take the rights away of the people and still they would find something else.and thats exactly what you seem to be saying since they will say this we need to take our rights and throw them out the window.what about people with fireplaces?,machine shops in their garage? metal workers? blacksmiths?

their are plenty of things you can buy to protect yourselfs.you see the new lil red fire tank you can hang in your room so if it gets above a certain degree it comes on and sprays everthing down?
