What to do after the passing of HB 1284 this morning?
Now Sen Carrol is trying to remove the 1 year moratorium and removing the ability for local government to allow or disallow dispensaries in their cities/counties. She is sure that it wont pass but would like to be on the record as saying the current bill is unconstitutional.
Update:
It got rejected

What to do after the passing of HB 1284 this morning?
Sen. Morgan Carroll is really going to bat for patients and caregivers, but sadly she seems to have little support from other senators. These amendments give us an idea how the full senate will vote on the whole bill and it does not look good for us.
