Now Sen Carrol is trying to remove the 1 year moratorium and removing the ability for local government to allow or disallow dispensaries in their cities/counties. She is sure that it wont pass but would like to be on the record as saying the current bill is unconstitutional.

Well I guess it is time to protest and stand up, put me down to help and stand up, do not know much about the process other than the little guy always gets fucked, but I am here to help in anyway I can.

I agree, Senator Carroll is really putting herself out there. The amendments she proposed were what people testified about and asked them to modify. She listened to the people.

Romer and Spence are diehard against any amendment that changes HB10-1284. They are fighting them tooth and nail.

I'm finding the entire process truly disgusting.
