As I said before though, even after this passes (and it will) we still have a gaggle of lawyers who are just itching to file the paperwork for the impending lawsuit when this passes. But, we should do everything we can BEFORE that point so we don't end up waisting MORE money on bad bills that range well into the thousands and thousands of dollars to pay the legislature to come up with stupid bills like Romer's 109 or 1284. When the suit is filed, then money has to be spent on lawyers, court costs, research, submissions/petitions/briefs to the court, evidence gathering/submission, in court time, blah, blah, blah. This ALL costs money and who ends up paying in the end? You, me, and the rest of the tax payers here in the great state of Colorado! We've waisted enough money we don't have on this insipid bill; letâ??s not waist any more money if we can at all avoid it.

So please see my argument for what it is and not for what itâ??s not. It is a GOOD reason NOT to pass this bill, no more; no less. I'm not trying to limit people. In fact, it's been a driving force in my life to fight for "freedom" for all.

You are correct we need fresh points to make, I dont know how 'fresh' it is because I've been saying it since day one but I dont hear anyone bringing it up. But what makes Romer think the DEA is just going to sit back and do nothing with these thousand plant grows? I heard him say yesterday that dispensaries will be able to grow without fear of prosecution, he cant possibly know what the DEA is going to do. Just last week they raided a warehouse grow in Denver. A couple of busts on these guys will effectively kill MMJ in Colorado since there will only be a few left after this bill becomes law.
