If anyone gives you grief about your SS# being blacked out turn around and walk out. No reputable dispensary will give you any grief. I, being the dumbass I am, went to 5-6 dispensaries (some shady ones too) before I blacked out my SS#. Now I check my credit every 3 months religiously and I'm thinking about putting a fraud alert on my account. So block out you SS# and don't think twice for any reason.

I want to try some other dispensaries - have question I've only been to one and only a few of times at that (I buy 1/2 z's each time so I don't have to hassle with weekly trips). When I go to a new place will they only need to see my Dr's certification sheet and my ID? I could understand how they might want to see my receipt from the CDPHE showing that I turned my paperwork/$ in and that 35 days has passed with no rejection. But why would they need to see my MMR app form? Can I not to give it to them or black out my social security #? I Rating: 5
