I want to try some other dispensaries - have question
We need your ID, Physicians Statement and for you to fill out our rules and regulations. The Physicians statement is what's needed to have a affirmative defense. But every dispensary has there own set of rules regarding this. Law enforcement is another thing, you should carry as much proof as possible like receipt of registered mail, application etc.

When I go to a new place will they only need to see my Dr's certification sheet and my ID? I could understand how they might want to see my receipt from the CDPHE showing that I turned my paperwork/$ in and that 35 days has passed with no rejection. But why would they need to see my MMR app form? Can I not to give it to them or black out my social security #? I Rating: 5
