How long would one of you guys guess it would take a 135 lbs., 5' 8" male with really good metabolism to lose one one bong toke with upper level weed and kief's worth of THC while exercising frequently?

About as long as it takes you to go to Walmart and buy a home test kit and test yourself.

Yep experiment and test yourself to be sure. THC takes about 24 hours to enter the urine stream.
