For depression,anxiety,ptsd,anger & to quit drinking?
There are other alternatives out there such as homeopathy, acupuncture or yoga, that have been helpful for many people. And then there's the usual doctor's advise to eat a healthy diet and exercise. Hobbies are good too to help keep the mind preoccupied. Different strokes for different folks as they say.
For sure though.. you should get in with a local support group such as AA as it helps tremendously to know that you are not alone. There are many others out suffering just like you who are willing to go through this life changing situation with you.
