i would recomend a strong indica. should relax your mind and treat depression. i notice if i smoke a heavy sativa, my anxiety and add gets worse, and im not any less depressed. indicas make me happy with myself and make me not worry or stress so much. im not one to say therapy works, ive never tried it but dont plan on it either. you have to make yourself believe that you are not weak, and realize that it is all in your head and the way you are looking at things. change your view and you yourself will change for the better. you can do it without any help, just got to believe in yourself.
