Well the good news is all of your problems are treatable. I would have to say finding a good psychologist could really help. Not every psychologist is a good fit so go around try different ones out. As for your question would smoking help? short answer would be yes but to have the best chance of success medication/therapy is the best route. I think someone with a good background in CBT would help you but I'm a strong believer in CBT and Positive psychology.

I originally smoked to feel relaxed and to be able to concentrate. Since stopping smoking, i have done pretty much every other drug out there heavily which has caused some serious head issues for me. I have been clean for 2 years now, but cant quit drinking heavily. The withdrawals are to the point where i should be hospitalized, but the drinking is bad enough that i should probably be hospitalized for that too. Basically its Rating: 5
