I have a few that age and there about the same size. You might want to clear all the growth around your plant out. The bugs are bad and snails worse this year for me. But the less growth around them the better the plant will use the nutes/ferts and not the weeds. Also, if your getting rain a lot, use the ferts every time it rains as the ferts will be washed down into your roots, just where ya want them. Then if it rains again, give more ferts. Its rained so much that i haven't gave just plain water all year. But, its raining a lot, so after every rain, i shoot the ferts and my plants are growing great. I found some mg water soluble plant food, is this something I should use, if it is when should I start using it? My other question is, I have my sprout inside in just alright soil it was a last resort thing but I finally got time and found some excellent natural soil outside, should I wait till my seedling gets bigger or should I move it now?
