What are you misting with? They could be uptaking nutes via the mist. Any clone liquid or superthrive in the water?

Leave them alone. Don't mist them. You have a dome. No need. Just leave them set. Take the dome off once or twice / day but that's it.

I Cloned 18 plants 16 days ago, Ph 5.8, 4 ft under 100w LED, Heat mat at 78f, Inside dome 78, High humidity, Misted 3-4 times a day, Light on 24. Now my question is that there are no roots and leafs are a little yellow( on old leafs) but I have new green growth everywhere and my plants have outgrown the dome with my plants being pushed up all over the dome.
