Does it matter what you use to roll your joint with?

I mean, if you have the option for actual rolling paper you'd opt for it, but say, would computer paper etc work for rolling?

It'll burn , it'll canoe, it'll hurt like hell and be harsh beyond anything you can imagine. Whatever you do don't smoke the bible that is soooo harsh for a smoke. (Even though the pages seem thin enough they hurt ALOT, all those damn inks).

Homemade bong dude, Straw or Pen tube, (bowl) or in desperation tinfoil with piece of piping + bottle of some sort (obviously plastic)

There are some blank thin pages in the bible that are made of rice paper, that would prolly work, though I've never tried it.
