I would keep hounding them and try to get someone on the phone! Better yet, I would just find a new line of work! Do you really love working for the military? If not, why make concessions to work for them?
I did E-mail them before I posted this, and they replied back in about 2 hours saying that I have to send a notarized letter requesting my application to be revoked etc.

Legal Question about Federal Jobs in California while being a patient in Colorado Okay so heres the skinny, I currently live in Colorado, but have been planning on moving to California. I have been applying for several Federal Jobs in California (Dept. of navy, etc.) and I am concerned that my name being in the Colorado Medical Marijuana Registry will cause problems with Federal employment (Specifically a "secret" level clearance which is required) in California. I still haven't received my Registry Card. (I'm probably about 7 months out since they are so backed up) If Rating: 5
