Have an insurance blood/urine test in 4 days...
hello all! This is my first post so don't be too HARSH
. So here is my deal...
I'm 33, 5'10 165 and ~20% body fat. I've been a daily smoker for 15 years, and never taken a drug test. So anyway last week my wife signed us up for life insurance so I knew the inevitable drug test was impending. I have only smoked one day in the last week (but it was a guy's night out and we hit probably 7 or 8 bowls of some KB). So anyway, this morning I got a call from the insurance examiner and she wants to know when we can meet with her this week, so I tell her friday. Now, I know it is both blood and urine. From what I've read here herb is only detectable in blood for 3-5 days, so I should be good to go on that hopefully. But the urine worries me. I assume substitution is the best way to go. I guess my question is...anybody have experience with dealing directly with insurance tests? The examiner is coming to our business we own, I will not be going to a testing facility. Any tips or advice for my situation? Sorry to be so long winded...kinda wigged out about it though! Thanks to any and all help!DixieDawg Reviewed by DixieDawg on . They should not be testing for drugs, they'll just be looking for hrealth problems. WHich is what QuickFix was originally designed for. I would sub with synthetic so they don't find some pre-exiating condition that thye don't want to cover.

That's an angle I considered also, but wouldn't they find pre-existing med conditions in blood (if they're there) anyway? I really don't know if they will test for drugs, have heard they do on policies over 250k, which mine is well above.
