whats the temp and humidity in there? some of our leaves are doin the same thing...

You need to fill out the troubleshooting form out. Missing bunch of info cause you could be giving nutes every 3rd watering but we don't know how much your giving in the mix at that time and what ph your using, also if you had done a soil ph run-off test. It takes a lil time to fill out that form but you will greatly benifit from it

Looks like heat stress to me, I notice your light hood isn't connected........ Try moving the lamp up an inch or two...

Not systemic through entire plant, so doubtful it's salt or micronute build-up.
Since mainly the tops, likely heat and/or wind-burn. Fill-out the troubleshooting form. Likely it will show us exactly what's up.

So what's going on with those poor seedlings? In way too big of pots for their age. Makes watering properly a bitch and is wasteful. They are too far from the lights, they're stretching too much.
One seed, one pot. What's that mess in the middle, lol?
