I have a few questions

Okay I have two sprouts that are looking pretty good so far outside and one that just popped inside. I found some mg water soluble plant food, is this something I should use, if it is when should I start using it?
My other question is, I have my sprout inside in just alright soil it was a last resort thing but I finally got time and found some excellent natural soil outside, should I wait till my seedling gets bigger or should I move it now?

No mg nutes for atleast 3 weeks and then at quarter strength. Move out side when big enough to top for the first time. also if you can gets some good soil when you put um in the ground.......
