yes, pH out of range will cause nutrient lockout and give you pH burn, which looks like nute burn. vinager would be better than lemon juice, you need to adjust your water not your soil. i'd get the liquid pH test, it's like $4. you may want to flush your plant, use 2 1/2 times water to the pot size. use bottle water to flush, not tap, as your tap water is probalby the problem with your pH. hope this helps.

those meters do not work that great. Your plant does not look like it has a pH problem. Have you had the meter for a while? Is this your first time checking? What pH is the meter reading?

I have found rain water is not good. I should be getting almost pure water from rain as I live on the West coast and I was getting acid rain...I guess from China. NO NO NO.

You may have used all your buffers up. You can use some sodium bicarb in the water to raise the PH. The plants in flower do actually like an alkaline soil to a point....

As stated before adjust the water, your plants look good.

When I went to the store i looked at the meter you have and the guy said that is mainly used for soil dampness so you know when to water. if you notice, the more dry it is, it will read alkaline, no matter what the pH really is. get bottled water, and the liquid pH tester and all will be good. your plants do look good, so in reality you may not need to change a thing. rain water is "filtered" through the ozone/air and if there are pollutants, like in big cities, that will also be in the water.

i flush my plants more than most, but they seem to thrive, i would always flush them, especially soil, before going into flower. flushing your plant removes most of the extra salt built that is from what's left over that your plant can't use. when you flush, it's the closest thing to getting fresh soil without repotting. if your soil gets to much salt built up than the plants natural response is to "balance" itself with the soil and it actually starts rejecting nutes and showing defiencies.

also, to check the pH of your soil, know the pH of your water and then check the drainage. adjust as nessecary. if it's below 6 or above 7 then you can start running into problems. with bottled water, it should be pretty neutral. i said vinager because it's something most people already have and i know someone who uses it with little to no effect on the plants.

that plant looks fine to me. don't use rain water, it picks up dirt/pollution or whatever else is in the air on the way down. most ferts will buffer to a point. what are you using? don't flush! your plant isn't displaying any problems i can see. ditch that meter, and get something else. when i first started, i used the paper strips, and they worked for me. as long as you properly ph everything you put in/on your plants, ph should never be an issue. in soil, a lot of folks do a feed, feed, flush schedule.

Soil meters are virtually useless in a cannabis garden. Very unreliable, and all you are checking is the ph of the buffers in your soil at the point the probe touches. Stick it in 10 times, likely 10 different results. Usually the buffers in a commercial mix last about 4-8 weeks of heavy use before they dissolve away.

Your ingoing water ph is very important though, as is the runpoff ph.
At the very least, go get a freshwater aquarium ph test kit, ($7.00 US) and check the ingoing ph of your water. Or take a cup of water to your local aquarium shop and ask what the ph of your water is. They'll usually test for free. Don't ask a friend with an aquarium unless prepared with a likely excuse.

Plants looked ok though. No obvious signs of stress.

Vinegar or lemon juice as a temporary measure only, but you'll need to test for ph to know if you are on the right track. (for how much juice to add)
